p-adic Hodge theory is foundational in modern number theory and arithmetic geometry, enabling deep connections between cohomology theories. In this talk, I will introduce some of its applications in determining the motivicity of local systems and Higgs bundles, as well as in the study of the p-adic Simpson correspondence for uniformizing Higgs bundles.

报告人简介：杨金榜，男，中国科学技术大学特任研究员。2015年在中国科学技术大学获得博士学位，后在德国Mainz大学从事博士后研究。研究方向为代数几何与算术几何，专注于p-进霍奇理论和p-进非交换霍奇理论。主要学术贡献包括：构建希格斯丛陈类不平凡情形的辛普森型对应，完全分类射影直线上一类来自几何的希格斯丛，证明晶体表示的莱夫谢茨超截面定理和有限性定理等。研究成果发表在JEMS和Compos. Math.等国际一流数学期刊。
