报告摘要:

In reality, epidemic spreading leads to epidemics-related information diffusing, and after communicating with each other, people product the risk perception to take precautions, which in turn curbs the spreading of the epidemic. Furthermore, mass media will report the prevalence of the epidemic to alert people to the epidemic. To this cycle spreading process, most works only consider the impact of the perception (or awareness) on epidemic spreading, neglecting the impact of epidemic spreading on the perception (or awareness) diffusion. Thus in the paper, we combine opinion dynamics with susceptible-infected-susceptible model to propose a cycle propagation model on duplex networks. Theoretical analysis reveals that the epidemic threshold is related to topological structure of duplex network, the spreading process of the perception and individual risk perception parameter, not about the influence of mass media. And with individual risk perception increasing, the epidemic threshold becomes lager and the prevalence of epidemics reduces.
